Responsibilities:

• support work of Transaction and Portfolio Managers
• participate on research process and regular reporting
• gathering, analysing and reporting data for valuations, acquisitions and disposals on behalf of two investment funds
• handing over and filing transaction documentation with transaction teams

Requirements:

• ability to work 80 hours per month
• team player willing to learn new things and take on new challenges
• strong written and oral communication skills in English
• profound analytical skills with advanced use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• thoroughness and detail oriented
• interest in commercial real estate markets
• current university student (economic focus is advantage)
